Professor Marc Brackett will lead us through his book Permission to Feel, shedding light on the true essence of supporting children through their emotional journey and building emotional resilience. He will introduce the RULER approach, a scientifically-based yet compassionate emotional management plan he has crafted over the years, and provide parents with strategies to apply it at home.
