PCE Club - Summary of the 47th Monthly Event

We had 26 families which close to 100 people joined in the picnic. Weather was great and food was plenty. I would like to thanks Sandra and Xinyu for their help in secure a couple of tables under the shade. Along with Angela's help, registration table was setup with display of plenty of parenting books to share. With great help from Chengwen and his family, we had all needed supply and pizza before noontime. Food was filling up two tables� length and over flows to other station table. Picnic was proceeding as plan. Kids are having good time out in the sun.

After lunch, parents were gathering around Rebecca who was our guest of honor to hear her experience on teaching Chinese at home. [Please read the attached from Rebecca.] Due to limited time, she had to leave early but was volt for her help to anyone who would like to discuss the problem for kids in learning Chinese. When Rebecca is available, PCE Club will invite her back to give more in depth solutions. Rebecca is on PCE Club online forum, please post your question and she will be happy to get back to you.

We also had a couple of good photographers that took pictures for us. Due to the size, I need to find a suitable way to share those pictures if possible.

Everyone enjoyed this wonderful outdoor event and the picnic was ended promptly at 3:00.
